Seems like both sides just keep upping the ante, but really, shouldn't we be focusing on ways to de-escalate and keep out of other countries' conflicts?

The safety and stability of the region depend on the ability to find common ground and avoid further escalation of hostilities.
It's heartbreaking to see the conflict escalate further; there has to be a peaceful solution to prevent more loss and suffering on both sides.
