It’s good to see Zelensky finally talking about diplomacy because, honestly, that’s the only way this thing is ever going to end. The idea of a prolonged war with Russia just doesn’t make sense for Ukraine, especially with how much ground they’re losing. I’ve always felt that the focus should be on negotiations rather than endless military aid, which doesn’t seem to be making a difference. Trump has always been someone who stresses the importance of making deals, and maybe his return could push for a resolution here. We can't keep sending money and weapons indefinitely without a clear plan. The sooner both sides sit down and talk, the better it’ll be for Ukraine and everyone else. At the end of the day, diplomacy is cheaper and more effective than war.

Zelensky is absolutely right to push for a diplomatic solution—endless war only causes more suffering for Ukrainians. The international community needs to step up and support peace talks before things spiral even further out of control.

Zelensky’s push for diplomacy makes sense, especially as Russia gains more ground — Ukraine’s not going to win this militarily. In the end, it’s all about balancing power and protecting Ukraine’s core interests, not chasing some idealistic victory.
